This Policy describes how ‘Re-Formo’ EOOD processes the personal data of course participants, website users and visitors, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian legislation.

1. What data we collect

• Identification data: first name and surname.

• Contact details: email address and telephone number.

• Payment data: information on transactions carried out (we do not store bank card details — these are processed by licensed payment service providers).

• Educational data: results of entrance tests, attendance, marks, certificates issued.

2. Purposes and legal basis for processing

• dentification of the trainee and conclusion of a training contract — performance of a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).

• Communication regarding the timetable of classes and the sending of training materials — performance of a contract.

• Issuing certificates and invoices — compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).

• Sending marketing communications and newsletters — the user’s explicit consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.

• Analysing website usage to improve services — the controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

3. Retention periods

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the contract, plus the periods required by accounting and tax legislation. Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. newsletter) is retained until consent is withdrawn.

4. Disclosure of data to third parties

Data is not sold to third parties. It may only be disclosed to:

• Public authorities, where required by law.

• Courier companies — when sending learning materials.

• Providers of online learning platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Classroom) and other technical subcontractors, solely for the purposes of providing the service.

Insofar as some of the aforementioned providers process data outside the European Economic Area, ‘Re-Formo’ EOOD takes the necessary safeguards under Article 46 of the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses) to ensure adequate data protection.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase (‘right to be forgotten’), restrict processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing on the grounds of legitimate interest. Consent to processing (e.g. for a newsletter) may be withdrawn at any time by emailing us. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia 1592, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Boulevard, www.cpdp.bg.

6. Cookie Policy

Our website uses ‘cookies’ to ensure it functions properly and to improve the user experience:
